Hi, I'm William Chesson
I'm the owner and Broker-in-Charge of Chesson Realty — A Maximum Service Company. I was born and raised right here in the Raleigh area, and I've spent more than two decades helping families across the Triangle find the right home and sell with confidence.
Before and alongside real estate, I've been a licensed North Carolina contractor for over 20 years. That builder's background gives me a sharp eye for a home's true condition and value — so my clients always know exactly what they're getting.
I'm also a proud, honorably discharged U.S. Army veteran and a member of the 82nd Airborne Division Association. The discipline, honesty, and "mission-first" mindset I learned in service shape how I treat every client to this day. And after 30 years of a happy marriage, I understand that a home is so much more than a transaction — it's where life happens.
